The registration fees to attend the C1 Chem symphosium will be published in the coming months and the registration will open in September 2023. PhD and Master Students will benefit from a discount fee. The organizers encourage all delegates and authors to register with a specific early bird registration fee.
The registration fee includes participation in the symposium, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks and a guided tour of the beautiful city of Bruges. A symposium dinner with great French food and a party for young scientists will be offered as an option.
All information regarding your entry and stay in France can be found at https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/web/france-visas/. Anyone who requires a visa should contact nearest French consulate. The Organising Committee will assist participants where/when necessary, this is includes providing a Letter of Invitation (upon request). A Letter of Invitation is to be used for travel and visa only, it is not an indication of any financial or other support.
The responsibility of personal accidents/injuries and loss or damage of property during the C1 Chem symphosium and associated events is not included in the registration fee. Participants are responsible for purchasing personal/health insurance.
